► Shipping time for the semi-stitched products is 8-10 days and shipping time for customized products is 10-15 days
► We have a generous 3-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy. ( Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size/standard ready to wear size Products)
► Kindly note return or exchange is only one time available.
► Kindly request a return/exchange via Whatsapp at +91 98700 83156 within 3 days from the date of delivery.
► Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium
► Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer
► In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product
► Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders
► With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of any product
► The product that needs to be exchanged must be returned in the original condition with all parts/tags/accessories intact. Without the original condition of the product, the exchange will not be validated
